INSTALLATION OF A DOG GATE

Our offered dog gate units are super easy to install. For the benefit of our customers, an installation manual is provided with the package to assist with mounting the gate. For most of our gates no tools are required. Here are some easy steps to follow for a proper indoor dog gate installation that will work in any area inside the house. For safety reasons, please read all the instructions from the manual that has been provided.

» Step 2

Get an exact measurement of where the gate will be and the gate you want to use. This will ensure a proper installation.

» Step 3

Make sure that all the parts are included and complete, so that they can be properly mounted and connected as instructed.

» Step 4

Begin attaching and mounting the dog gate onto the desired area for containment. Make sure the latches, casters, and hinges are properly installed.

» Step 5

Be careful when placing the gate in a flat area. Look to see if the gate is in line with the vertical and horizontal plane. This will help to reduce noise and resistance when opening the gate.

» Step 6

When owners think they have completely installed the dog gate, swing and push it several times to make sure that it is mounted well and functioning properly.
